Students for The WHIT Program are referred from Child Protective Services, judges with jurisdiction over CPS cases, and CASA volunteers.
Who Can Refer a Student?
Referrals to The WHIT Program come from professionals and volunteers working with children involved with CPS.

Students involved with Child Protective Services may be referred to The WHIT Program.
Judges
Judges with jurisdiction over CPS cases may refer students to The WHIT Program.
CASA Volunteers
CASA volunteers working with children involved in CPS cases may also make referrals.
A Student Does Not Have to Be Living in Foster Care
If you have a student in foster care, or involved with CPS even if they’re still living with their natural parents, you can contact The WHIT Program for more information.
