Jeff Lisson

Jeff Lisson is the vice president and co-founder of The WHIT Program. A civil litigator and business-law attorney in San Angelo, Jeff has practiced law since 1992. He has a history of work with non-profits, including with West Texas Counseling & Guidance, the Concho Valley Community Action Agency, and the Adult Literacy Council. He also served 13 years as a member of the Water Valley ISD school board, including four years as president.
