About Pat Pastors

Pat Pastors is a Licensed Professional Counselor for the State of Texas and a National Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. She attained her Bachelor of Business Management at A&M-Kingsville and her Master of Rehabilitation Counseling at Texas Tech Health Sciences Center. Ms. Pastors operates her private practice in San Angelo, Texas after being a part of the West Texas Counseling and Guidance group practice.

Her background includes jobs as a Rehabilitation Counselor with the State of Texas, Project Director of the Concho Valley Workforce Center, and Assistant to the Dean and At-Risk Advisor for the College of Engineering at A&M-Kingsville. In all of these roles, Ms. Pastors was part of the educational system supporting students transitioning from high school into the world of work, with the goal of self-sufficiency.

Ms. Pastors understands that education is the foundation of the world of work and of students’ futures. The WHIT Program is a critical piece of the educational model, enabling foster students not to be left behind due to their circumstances, and she is excited to work with the tutors supporting the students.
